    All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the scope of works changes or if there are material changes in the cost of labour or materials.

    We provide building and construction services across the United Kingdom. The specific scope of services for any project will be set out in a written quote provided to you before any work begins.

    We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable UK building regulations and industry standards. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. All electrical work is certified to current Part P standards.

    5. Pricing and Payment

    All prices are set out in the written quote provided to you. Prices are in pounds sterling.

    Payment terms will be set out in your written quote. We reserve the right to request a deposit before commencing work on larger projects. We will provide an invoice for all work carried out. Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice.

    We reserve the right to suspend works if payments are not made in accordance with agreed terms.

    6. Changes to Scope

    If you request changes to the agreed scope of works during a project we will provide you with a revised quote or variation order setting out any additional costs and timescales. No additional works will be carried out without your written agreement to the revised costs.

    7. Your Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide us with accurate and complete information about the works required
    • Ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the property at agreed times
    • Inform us of any known hazards at the property including asbestos, lead paint or structural issues
    • Obtain any necessary planning permissions or building regulations approvals before work commences unless we have specifically agreed to manage this on your behalf
    • Make payments in accordance with agreed terms

    8. Liability

    We hold public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. Documentation is available on request.

    Our liability to you in connection with any services we provide will not exceed the total value of the contract for those services. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings.

    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

    9. Defects and Complaints

    We are committed to delivering work to a high standard. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work please contact us as soon as possible at info@woodro.co.uk or by calling 07928 995358. We will investigate and respond to all complaints promptly and fairly.

    We provide a defects liability period of 12 months from practical completion of works during which we will return to rectify any defects that arise from our workmanship at no additional cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    10. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website including text, images, logos and design is the property of Woodro Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
